Milestone Starting out
Your first place of your own, or a move between shared flats. Usually a smaller load,
often up a few flights, and just as often on a tight budget of time. We keep it simple
and quick without treating your things as an afterthought.
What’s included:
- A right-sized van and crew — no paying for space you won’t use
- Blankets, straps and protection for the pieces that matter
- A hand with flat-pack furniture that needs taking apart and rebuilding
- Careful work on the narrow Edmonton stairs and shared entrances
Milestone A growing family
More rooms, more furniture, and a lot more that can’t simply be thrown in a box — the
cot, the toys, the paperwork, the routine. A full family move planned around the day so
the little ones (and the school run) feel as little of it as possible.
What’s included:
- A full-home survey — in person or a quick video walk-round — so the plan fits
- Full or part packing, with a labelled inventory room by room
- Beds and wardrobes dismantled and rebuilt at the new place
- Placed where you want it, so the first night isn’t spent hunting for the kettle
Milestone Downsizing
A move to somewhere smaller — often after many years in one home, and rarely without a
few decisions to make about what comes along. There’s no rushing this one. We give it
time and a gentle pair of hands.
What’s included:
- An unhurried pace, with time to sort what stays, what goes, and what’s stored
- Careful handling of the pieces with years of meaning in them
- Help arranging storage for anything the new place can’t hold yet
- A tidy finish — boxes removed, nothing left for you to deal with
Milestone Moving abroad
When the move leaves the country entirely. We run a European arm from Edmonton to
France, Italy, Spain and Portugal — route-planned, with the customs paperwork prepared
for you. It’s a bigger undertaking, handled with the same calm.

Extra Packing
As much or as little as you like. Some people want the whole home boxed and labelled;
others just hand us the kitchen and the fragile bits. Either way we bring proper
materials — not the odd supermarket box — and everything is inventoried so nothing goes
missing between doors.
- Full pack, part pack, or fragile-only — your call
- Boxes, tape, paper, bubble wrap and specialist cartons supplied
- China, glass, pictures and electronics wrapped properly
- A labelled inventory so unpacking is a job, not a puzzle
Extra Storage
For the weeks when the dates don’t line up. If you’re out of one place before the next is
ready — or heading abroad and need a staging point — we’ll hold your things in a clean,
dry unit and bring them on when you say.
- Clean, dry, secure storage for part or all of a move
- Straight from the van into store, so it’s only handled once
- Short stays for a date gap, or longer while you settle
- Delivery on to the new address when you’re ready for it
Extra Office & business moves
Shops, studios and small offices around Edmonton Green, Fore Street and the industrial
pockets toward Ponders End. Downtime costs you, so we plan business moves to keep it to a
minimum — often around your quietest hours.
